Leading Resort Management Company adds Vancouver Island property to its collection of destination resorts
(August 22, 2011) Bellstar Hotels & Resorts is delighted to announce the addition of Comox Bay Marina & Residences to its extensive portfolio of leading destination properties. The resort management and development company—a market leader in Western Canada—will manage the $30 million residential resort development for both real estate buyers and vacationers in a new partnership with developers Howard Land Group.
Located in picturesque Comox on the east coast of Vancouver Island, the luxurious Comox Bay Marina & Residences will be situated in a premium location next to Marinaside Park and Comox Bay Marina. Comox Bay Marina & Residences will receive Bellstar brand affiliation and real estate promotion, along with strata and resort management, pre-‐opening consulting and management services and the option for owners to submit their units into a Bellstar-‐managed rental pool.
