Guest/Concierge Services

Our friendly and dedicated Guest Services Team is here to ensure that your holiday experience is exceptional. Guest Services will answer your questions about the resort, Osoyoos, activity planning, booking tours and tee times. If you have any questions, please ask! Spirit Ridge Stuffie’s - Sk'elep the Spirit Ridge Coyote & Sarah the Spirit Ridge Rattlesnake

There are six stuffies in the Bellstar Stuffie Family. Spirit Ridge’s resort stuffies are Sk'elep (pronounced synkaleep) the Spirit Ridge Coyote, and Sarah the Spirit Ridge Rattlesnake. By bringing Sk’elep home, you help support BC SPCA South Okanagan - an organization that helps to protect and care for animals. By bringing Sarah home, you help support the Rattlesnake Research Program - an organization that helps to protect rattlesnakes in the area.

Bicycle Rentals

Spirit Ridge is pleased to take part in the BIKE4FREE program by offering free bicycle rentals in conjunction with the Stay™ | Green program. Bicycle rentals are available through Guest Services. Each rental comes with a helmet and a lock. Please inquire about availability by dialing "0" from your guest room phone. There is bicycle storage located in the parkade; we recommend you secure your bicycle with a lock.


Spirit Ridge believes that your pet is part of the family and we are pleased to be a “pet friendly” resort. Only select units are pet friendly, pets found in non pet friendly rooms will have a substantial cleaning fee applied to the owner’s. A portion of the pet guest fee is donated to support the local SPCA. For more information please visit www.spiritridge.ca/pets.html.

  • Pet Size Allowed: Medium - Under 40 lbs
  • Pet Guest Fee: $20 per pet, per night (up to $100 per stay)

  • Pet Amenities:
    o Food and Water bowls available upon request. Multiple hiking and walking trails are accessible within a two minute walk from the property for pet exercise and relief.
    o Spirit Ridge boasts a fully fenced dog park/dog run conveniently located on the resort grounds. The dog park features benches and fresh water to keep your four legged friends hydrated and happy.
  • Additional Pet Policies: Guests staying in a pet friendly suite will be financially responsible for any damages that may incur. Pets must be kenneled if left unattended in room, housekeeping services will not be provided if pets are unsecured. Noise from pets must not be allowed to interrupt the quiet enjoyment of other guests at the Resort. The owner of the pet accepts full responsibility for any damage or harm caused by their pet while on Resort premises. All pet waste must be picked up immediately by the pet owner and disposed of in a waste container (failure to pick up after a pet may result in the eviction of the pet or additional housekeeping fees being charged to the pet owner). Pets exhibiting aggressive behavior towards other pets or guests will be asked to vacate the Resort. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please do not leave pets unattended in guest rooms. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant or vineyard. Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa strives to strike a balance between the Pet Friendly program and hypo-allergic rooms. If you arrive with your pet and have not requested a pet friendly room, we will not be able to accommodate you and your deposit will be forfeited.

Complimentary parking is available in designated areas on a first come, first serve basis. There is additional parking next to the NK’MIP Desert Cultural Centre. Vehicles and contents are left at the vehicle owner’s or renter’s risk. Valet parking is available upon request.


Should you require security assistance, call Guest Services by dialing “0” on the phone in your room. Security patrols the site daily from 11:00pm until 7:00am. The local police can be reached at 250-495-7236. In the event of an emergency, dial “911”.

Resort Appearance

Please do not use your balcony railing to dry your towels or to hang up banners/flags. The resort should remain appealing to guests and visitors at all times.

Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa welcomes the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Debit and cash are accepted at Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa. Please note that if paying for your suite or villa using debit or cash, a credit card will be required for incidental charges.

Business Services

Photocopy, fax, mail and printing services are available through Guest Services 24-Hours a day. Additional fees may apply. Please inquire with Guest Services by dialing "0" for details, or visit the front desk.

Vending Machines

There are beverage vending machines located on the ground and third floor of the Desert Suites, the ground floor of the Cactus Suites and of the Sagebrush Suites. Snacks can be purchased at the market.
