Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Our AED’s are located in the Vineyard and Courtyard pool areas.
Emergency Meeting Point
In case of emergency, all guests should meet in front of Spirit Lodge, close to the roundabout.
Fire
For emergencies, or if you require an ambulance, dial “9” on your phone followed by “911”.
If you see smoke or suspect that there is a fire, please go to the nearest fire alarm pull-station and sound the alarm. Please call Guest Services (dial “0” from the phone in your room, or call 250-495-5445) or inform the first staff member that you see. All suites and villas are equipped with a fire extinguisher, located under the kitchen sink or in the closet with the broom and dust pan.

- South Okanagan General Hospital
25 minutes from the Resort in Oliver, exit Spirit Ridge property and follow Rancher Creek Road into 45th Street. Turn right onto Main Street, (Hwy 3), and continue along Main Street/Hwy 3. When you reach the cross section of Hwy 97 and Hwy 3, head North towards Oliver and turn right onto 350th Avenue. Then turn right onto 362nd Avenue, the Hospital will be on the right.
