Fruit Flies

Fruit flies are a nuisance! Unfortunately, they are a reality when nestled between a bountiful vineyard and busy winery. Fruit flies are especially common during the harvest season in late summer and early fall. We make every effort to minimize the inconvenience, below are some tips on how you can help:

  • Avoid leaving doors open when possible
  • Store all exposed beer, wine and other drinks in the refrigerator
  • Store all fruits and vegetables in well-sealed containers and/or in the refrigerator
  • Discard all rotten fruits and vegetables.

We apologize for any inconvenience fruit flies may cause during your stay. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Guest Services by dialing “0”.
