Bellstar Hotels & Resorts is delighted to announce the addition of Comox Bay Marina & Residences to its extensive portfolio of leading destination resorts in Western Canada. Opening Spring 2013 for guest stays. This resort development is in partnership with the Howard Land Group.

Located in picturesque Comox on the east coast of Vancouver Island, the luxurious Comox Bay Marina & Residences will be situated in a premium location next to Marinaside Park and Comox Bay Marina. The three-story, West Coast-style property will house 62 fully furnished suites, a restaurant, oceanfront owners’ lounge, outdoor hot pool, fire pits, marina, retail space and an underground heated parkade. Owners will enjoy easy access to boating, sailing, golfing, hiking, skiing and fishing; Comox is a renowned fishing destination as much of the coast is sheltered by smooth, unruffled waters.

Canyon Desert Golf Resort

The Town of Oliver has been designated as ‘The Wine Capital of Canada” This new resort is in the early visioning stage. In partnership with the Osoyoos Indian Band and Watermark Asset Management, Bellstar plans to develop Canyon Desert Golf Resort. The resort will be the first fully integrated destination resort in the Oliver area, with 450 golf and lakefront residences, villas and resort suites. This year-round vacation spot will be built around the existing 18-hole NK’MIP Canyon Desert Golf Course. It will include Beachfront Residences, Golf Residences, Beach Lodge and Golf Lodges. In future phases, Canyon Desert Inn will be added; a full-service suites hotels with conference facilities, pool, spa, restaurant and wine bar.
