New Okanagan Resort Development adds value with Bellstar

WESTBANK, BC: Bellstar Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce the addition of Copper Sky Resort to Bellstar’s portfolio of resort offerings. Rempel Development Group selected Bellstar as the exclusive rental manager engaged to deliver a vacation rental program that will focus on weekly stays for the new resort community.

John Rempel, President of Rempel Development Group, noted “since the moment I set foot on this site, I was inspired to create a place where the full resort get-away experience could be enjoyed by owners and vacationers. Perched high on the rugged sloping hillside of Westbank, offering spectacular views of Okanagan Lake, Copper Sky is set on 16.7 acres above Hwy 97, only five minutes from the new Bennett Bridge and heart of Kelowna. The resort will offer 536 stylishly appointed suites anchored by The Infinity Club, an 8,500 square foot amenity building featuring a concierge, owners' lounge, kids' play area, library, meeting room, games room, fitness centre, steam and sauna adjacent to an infinity swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ's and tennis courts. Site preparation has commenced and The Infinity Club and the first phase of suites will open in the spring of 2010.
