Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact Guest Services by dialing”0” on or before the morning of your departure. An additional charge may be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping occurs after your check-out. If you require fresh linens or a full service clean for your suite, a charge of $70.00 per 2-Bedroom condo and $80.00 per 3-Bedroom condo will apply. Please contact Guest Services by dialing “0” to arrange these services for an additional fee.
Garbage and Recycling Collection
Fire Mountain Lodge is pleased to have a recycling program, please place all recycling in the marked blue bins. Please use the containers provided. Placing recycling/garbage outside your door or on the balcony is not permitted. For your convenience, there are garbage and recycling facilities located next to the first parking stall.
Internet
All suites at Fire Mountain Lodge are equipped with complimentary high-speed Internet access. Internet is shared access and Fire Mountain Lodge is not responsible or liable for any damages or computer-related complications you may incur from using this shared network.

Ice
For your convenience, please use the ice cube trays located in the freezer of each fridge. For your health and safety the ice cube trays are emptied prior to your arrival, it is your responsibility fill the tray.
Kitchen
Each suite features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Dish soap and a dishwasher have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that prior to check-out you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used prior to checkout. If necessary, the dishwasher may be left running at the time of your departure. Dishwasher soap can be found in the Stay™ | Tidy kit provided to you. If you require additional dishwasher detergent please contact Guest Services by dialing "0".
Barbeques
Your suite is equipped with a natural gas barbeque on the balcony. If your barbeque was used during your stay, please ensure it is cleaned prior to departure.
Playpens & High Chairs
Playpens and high chairs are available upon request on a first come first serve basis. Please contact Guest Services by dialing “0” for more information.
Bicycle, Ski/Snowboard and Golf Storage
There is one secure storage unit provided for each suite. Please visit the Guest Services desk to obtain a key. Please be advised that snowboards, skis, poles and bikes are not permitted inside the suites. Fire Mountain Lodge will not be responsible for lost or stolen equipment or property.
Laundry
Suites are equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. For your convenience, a package of laundry soap is located in the Stay™ | Tidy kit provided to you. If you require additional detergent, please call Guest Services by dialing "0".
Iron & Ironing Board
All suites at are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Voltage
Electrical current in Canada is 110 volts. Please contact Guest Services for more information, or visit The Source in downtown Canmore to purchase an adaptor.

Ventilation Switch
There is a master ventilation switch in the living room (next to the thermostat controller) that overrides one of the extractor fans in the bedroom ensuite bathrooms. Turn the master ventilation switch off if you are unable to switch off the bathroom extractor fan off.
