Canmore's hottest new resort - Fire Mountain Lodge

Canmore's hottest new resort, Fire Mountain Lodge is set to open on July 1, 2006. This brand new upscale boutique property will bring an unsurpassed level of service to the Bow Valley Corridor, featuring 24 contemporary 2 and 3-Bedroom 2-storey condo-style suites with an outdoor spa tub, executive boardroom, exercise room and Bellstar concierge services. Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, less than an hour from Calgary, Alberta, Fire Mountain Lodge is the perfect spot to experience nearby adventure activities including championship golf, spa, ski resorts, hiking, restaurants and more.

With a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences, Fire Mountain Lodge has created a number of experiential accommodation packages in partnership with local Canmore businesses. Canmore summer packages include a "Gourmet Golf Experience" with Silver Tip Golf Resort, a "Fire & Water Experience" with Wet n Wild Adventures (Rafting), and a "Rekindle the Flame Experience" with Rapunzel's Salon & Spa and Le Chocolatier.

Inspired by the flame, the interiors of Fire Mountain Lodge are like none other in Canmore. Elements of each of the resort's 24 suites include luxury furnishings and décor with custom designed furniture and signature appointments. A full gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a granite eating bar and slate floors highlight the deep red feature wall. Designed for modern comfort, the living room is complete with a gas fireplace and pull-out sofa bed; king beds in the spacious master bedroom and queen beds in the guest bedrooms and a private balcony with a BBQ. Each suite also comes with a stunning view to the Three Sisters Mountains.

Fire Mountain Lodge was developed by Jaymont Developers Inc. and is managed by Bellstar Hotels & Resorts, both of Calgary, Alberta. Bellstar, a company known for delivering exceptional resort experiences, has been involved in the design, development and management of a number of other resort properties in British Columbia and Alberta.
