Looking for the best Internet rate at a Bellstar hotel* or resort? Look no further! If you find a lower rate on any other website, we will beat it!
Bellstar Hotels & Resorts guarantees that every reservation booked through www.bellstar.ca or a Bellstar Resort* website is guaranteed to have the best rate publicly available on the Internet.
If you find a rate for our hotel on another website which is lower than the best available Internet rate on www.bellstar.ca, or a Bellstar Resort* website we will not only match the lower rate you found, but we will also reward you! The competing rate must be for the same room type, dates, deposit and cancellation polices as well as restrictions. For bringing this to our attention, we will not only honour the lower rate; we will give you an additional 10% off.
How to claim the Best Internet Rate Guarantee:
Contact Bellstar Hotels & Resorts within 24 hours of booking your room by completing the required information in the Best Internet Rate Guarantee Claim Form. Upon verification of your claim, Bellstar Hotels & Resorts will not only honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, but offer an additional 10% off that lower rate.
- Initial reservation must be made through www.bellstar.ca or a Bellstar Resort* website.
- Rooms on the other website must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.
- It has been less than 24 hours since booking your original reservation on the Bellstar Hotels & Resorts website and it was not booked within 72 hours of arrival.
Criteria for Verification:
- Initial reservation must be made through www.bellstar.ca or a Bellstar Resort* website.
- Rooms on the competing website must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification. Rate comparisons will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the lower rate found must still be available at the time we validate the claim. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.
- The reservation has been made less than 24 hours ago.
- The arrival date is not within the next 72 hours.
Here is an example of how our Best Internet Rate Guarantee works:
- You have reserved a one bedroom suite on www.bellstar.ca for a two-night stay at a Bellstar Hotels & Resorts property at $199 per night for June 21 to 23rd. Full prepayment was required at the time of reservation with a 14 day cancellation policy. This reservation has a restriction which allows a maximum of two people only in the suite.
- Within 24 hours, you see a rate for the same Bellstar property for $189 per night on a competing website for the same dates, same room type, deposit and cancellation policy and restrictions.
- You would complete the Best Internet Rate Guarantee Claim Form and submit to Bellstar Hotels & Resorts
- Bellstar will check the criteria required to verify the claim. If Bellstar is able to verify that your reservation with us can be confirmed and a lower rate is available and bookable via another website, Bellstar will honour that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, plus give you an additional 10% discount for every night for which the lower rate was found.
- Bellstar Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify or cancel the Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
This Guarantee does not apply to:
- Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized
- Packaged rates that include air, car rentals, taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other services and amenities
- Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, Government, AAA or Senior Citizen Discounts
- Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by Bellstar Hotels & Resorts and a specified and limited group and are not publicly available
- Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates
- Rate differences due to rounding to the nearest dollar
