Bellstar Hotels & Resorts selects Todd Mallen as Area Resort Manager for Westbank-Kelowna
Addition of experienced leader to manage Bellstar’s Westbank - Kelowna resorts in OkanaganFor Immediate Release

Kelowna, British Columbia: Bellstar Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of 
Todd Mallen to the position of Area General Manager for Bellstar’s growing collection of Westbank – Kelowna resorts, overseeing all operations for Bellstar’s management of the brand new Copper Sky Resort in the spring of 2010.
“With our rapidly growing collection of luxury condo-resort developments in Western Canada, and specifically in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley, the decision to hire Todd, a highly seasoned professional, is of utmost importance to the success of our operations” says Bellstar’s President & CEO, Ed Romanowski.
Until the spring, Todd will be acting Area General Manager for Bellstar’s five resorts in Canmore, Alberta, covering for a six-month maternity leave.
A second generation Hotelier and graduate from the Hospitality Management program in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Todd joins Bellstar with a tremendous background in condo resort/hotel management and a passion for exceptional customer service.
Since 2001, Todd was Resort General Manager of Kelowna’s Lake Okanagan Resort. He joined the staff at Lake Okanagan Resort in 1987. During this time he developed his knowledge and experience in all aspects of hotel/resort management including food and beverage, front desk and housekeeping. He is very aware of the importance of property management and operations working together as a team to serve the needs of owners and guests.
Todd is proud to join the Bellstar Team in Westbank, British Columbia, where he lives with his wife and his two daughters.
